Is this W-2 or 1099?+
All positions are independent-contractor (1099) engagements. You control your own schedule and can take as many or as few visits/calls as you'd like.
Do I need my own malpractice insurance?+
No. Stem Nova Direct provides professional liability coverage for all patient encounters performed under our protocols.
How many visits per week can I expect?+
It depends on your availability. Most RN/LVNs start with 3–5 visits/week and scale up. NPs typically handle 8–12 calls/week. Volume bonuses kick in above those thresholds.
What's the service area?+
At-home IV visits cover the Houston metro (roughly a 45-minute radius from the Medical Center). Telehealth NPs can be anywhere in Texas with a stable internet connection.
How fast is the hiring process?+
From application to first visit is typically 5–10 business days, depending on how quickly credential verification completes.
