- Retail is a sale to an individual customer. Wholesale is a sale to a clinic or practice account.

How does the commission structure work?
Every affiliate earns on the same rate model. On retail sales you earn 20% of the product subtotal, the affiliate who introduced you earns 10%, and the affiliate who introduced them earns 5%. On wholesale sales the rates are 10%, 5% and 2%. Shipping, telehealth consultations, nursing administration and other service fees, taxes and processing are excluded from the commission base.
What counts as a qualifying sale?
A qualifying sale is an order placed and paid through your unique link or promo code. Each sale is credited to one affiliate only, and your own personal purchases do not earn a commission. Full qualification and timing rules are set out in the affiliate agreement.
How long does the tracking cookie last?
Your unique tracking link carries a 180-day cookie window. If someone clicks your link and completes a Qualified Conversion within 6 months, you receive credit. Promo code attribution takes precedence over cookie attribution — if a patient uses your promo code, you get full credit regardless of cookie history.
When do I get paid?
Commissions are paid by ACH direct deposit. The payout schedule and minimum payout threshold are set out in the affiliate agreement, which you review and accept before your account is activated.
Do I need to be a medical professional?
No. Our affiliate program is open to anyone with an established professional network, client base, or audience. You must be at least 18, have a valid SSN or EIN for tax reporting, and agree to our compliance obligations. You don't provide any care — you simply introduce people to Stem Nova Direct, and a licensed clinic handles everything from consultation to care.
What marketing support do you provide?
Approved affiliates receive compliant messaging templates, social caption frameworks, email copy templates, and a claims reference guide at onboarding. All materials are pre-approved for regulatory compliance. You also get a dedicated affiliate dashboard to track your links, conversions, and commissions in real-time.
Can I earn on other affiliates I recruit?
Yes. When an affiliate you introduced makes a retail sale, you earn 10% of the product subtotal, and when an affiliate they introduced makes a retail sale, you earn 5% (5% and 2% on wholesale). Upline shares go two levels deep only, are earned on product sales — never on sign-ups — and stay with Stem Nova Direct when no eligible affiliate holds that position.
