How does the commission structure work?
You earn a percentage of the Biologic Cost on every Qualified Conversion. Commissions range from 15% at Associate level up to 25% at Nova Elite. The Service Fee (telehealth consultation and nursing administration) is excluded from commission calculations. Your rate increases automatically as you reach higher tiers based on lifetime Qualified Conversions.
What counts as a Qualified Conversion?
A Qualified Conversion is a treatment session that has been booked and paid through your unique link or promo code, approved by a licensed telehealth provider, and fully administered by a licensed nursing professional. Commission is earned at the point of confirmed administration, not at purchase. The 12 Billion Exosome product earns commission at your current tier rate but does not count toward tier progression.
How long does the tracking cookie last?
Your unique tracking link carries a 180-day cookie window. If someone clicks your link and completes a Qualified Conversion within 6 months, you receive credit. Promo code attribution takes precedence over cookie attribution — if a patient uses your promo code, you get full credit regardless of cookie history.
When do I get paid?
Commissions are calculated weekly and paid every Friday via ACH direct deposit. The commission period closes each Sunday at 11:59 PM CST and is paid the following Friday. Minimum payout threshold is $50 — balances below this are carried forward to the next payment cycle.
What is the personal discount benefit?
Starting at Affiliate tier (6+ Qualified Conversions), you unlock a personal discount on biologics for your own treatments. This ranges from 10% at Affiliate level up to 40% at Nova Elite. The discount applies to Biologic Cost only (not Service Fees) and may be used once per calendar quarter.
What happens if I go inactive?
If you record zero Qualified Conversions for 12 consecutive months, your account is placed on Inactive Hold. During this period, your tier level is preserved but commission payments are suspended. Upon your next Qualified Conversion, the hold is lifted and payments resume at your preserved tier rate — your tier does not revert.
Do I need to be a medical professional?
No. Our affiliate program is open to anyone with an established professional network, client base, or audience. You must be at least 18, have a valid SSN or EIN for tax reporting, and agree to our compliance obligations. You don't administer treatments — you simply introduce people to Stem Nova Direct, and we handle everything from consultation to clinical delivery.
What marketing support do you provide?
Approved affiliates receive compliant messaging templates, social caption frameworks, email copy templates, and a claims reference guide at onboarding. All materials are pre-approved for regulatory compliance. You also get a dedicated affiliate dashboard to track your links, conversions, and commissions in real-time.
Can I earn on other affiliates I recruit?
Nova Elite affiliates (51+ lifetime Qualified Conversions) can participate in the Sub-Affiliate program and earn a 3% commission on Qualified Conversions generated by their direct recruits. This is a single-tier referral bonus only — it does not extend to recruits of recruits.
